We are now operating an online system for all appointments, medical and administrative enquiries. You are required to complete a simple online consultation form via our website, using the ‘contact us’ at the top of the page. Your request will be assessed and triaged and you will be contacted via telephone or text the same day.

If you are unable to access our online service please call the surgery and a member of our team will assist you in completing the form.

Phone lines are open from 08:30 to 18.30 Monday to Friday. No phone access is available on a Saturday, the surgery is open for pre-booked appointments only.
