Gavin Matthews (male)

After working for 10 years for the London Ambulance Service, I undertook further study at St George’s University, including Modules in the Management of Minor Illness and Minor Injuries. Following this and completing placements in an Urgent care setting, I joined the Maltings Surgery 6 years ago as a Paramedic Practitioner, helping in developing this new role for the surgery. Since then, I have qualified as an Independent Prescriber from the University of Hertfordshire and am currently undertaking further study at that institution in order to register as a First Contact Practitioner.
