It is important that you inform us if you are unable to attend an appointment, this allows it to be offered to another patient.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please complete an online consult. Please select ‘I have an admin query’ and then select ‘I need help with something else’. Alternatively you can call the surgery with at least 24 hours notice. If your booking text has an automated link, allowing you to cancel, we ask that you use this instead (not all bookings have this text cancelling option).
If you do not notify the practice that you are unable to attend, you will be sent a letter about this. People who repeatedly do so may be removed from the list.
