How to make a formal complaint
All complaints can be made in any format, verbal, written, email or feedback form. To receive a comprehensive reply, addressing all points individually, it would be preferable for the complaint to be in writing so that a detailed response to each point can be addressed. Acknowledgement of your complaint will be within 1 working week of receipt of your complaint. Following investigation, you will receive a detailed response within 2 working weeks.
