If you are unhappy with any aspect of care at the surgery or have any comments, please let our practice manager know. It will be investigated and responded to speedily and fairly.

How to make a formal complaint

All complaints can be made in any format, verbal, written, email or feedback form. To receive a comprehensive reply, addressing all points individually, it would be preferable for the complaint to be in writing so that a detailed response to each point can be addressed. Acknowledgement of your complaint will be within 1 working week of receipt of your complaint. Following investigation, you will receive a detailed response within 2 working weeks.
